Jesper Nielsen is a Solutions Architect and Technology Evangelist, Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) and Windows Insider MVP (WIMVP). He has been working hands-on with small- and large-scale IT-Infrastructure in many different industries.

Jesper brings a wide range of experience in enterprise level End-user computing solutions. Although his primary focus has always been focusing on Windows Management and End User Experience, he has a strong passion for areas around Endpoint Security, Endpoint Baselining and Endpoint Management and everything within the reach of End User Devices.

It is his job to visualize Microsoft technologies to IT Professionals, organizations, and corporations, embracing the philosophy behind Modern Work and Security. Assisting to apply User Centric strategies, helping define goals to transform and move organizations and corporations towards Microsoft 365 fueled Modern Workplace, Modern Security and Modern Management.

Who he is and what he do

With a long background in supporting Windows technologies, Jesper have designed and implemented several generations of Windows and is always happy to share his knowledge around this subject and related technologies.

Jesper is the founder of the Windows Management User Group, Denmark, commonly known as WMUGdk and Windows Management User Group for Education, commonly known as WMUGedu. He is active in the community and can often be found at user group events as both speaker and attendee.

He has been facilitating numerous seminars and events and has made several speaker appearances over the years were his passionate style of delivery, combined with his sense of humor, has made him a recognize speaker.

He does the work he does, because he is loving it, he likes the people he meets and is always embracing the inner nerd and good presentation skills.

Random facts about Jesper

He finished a marathon around the four hours’ mark, have been a gymnastics instructor for more than 30 years and is often found roller-skating in his neighborhood.

He is enjoying exploring technology and guide his kids into new technologies and is currently teaching himself C# for Windows app development.

He was awarded the MVP Status for Windows and Devices for IT for the first time, July 2016.
